  • A Private Office is a single lockable room built for 1 to 10 people within a shared floorplan. Enterprise Suites (available at select locations like Venice Lincoln) are larger, custom spaces designed for growing teams, often featuring private entrances, dedicated conference areas, private restrooms, and kitchens.

  • Yes, all building operations are fully managed. Your single monthly fee includes high-speed fiber internet, utilities, nightly janitorial cleaning, mail handling, and kitchen stocking so you don't have to manage facility overhead.

  • Yes, monthly private office members can display custom company signage or branding on or near their office door, subject to location building guidelines.
