For non-members, bookings can be refunded 100% when cancelled more than 2 weeks prior to the reservation; 50% when between 1-2 weeks prior; and no refunds for less than 1 week's notice. If you're reserving a space less than 1 week ahead, please contact us to discuss how your cancelation will be handled.

  • No, non-members can instantly search availability and book meeting rooms or soundproof gopods by the hour or full day directly on our website. Members receive 20% off all standard room rates.

  • Non-member bookings are 100% refundable when cancelled more than 2 weeks prior to the reservation time, 50% refundable when cancelled 1–2 weeks prior, and non-refundable for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance.

  • Yes! You are welcome to bring in your own food, beverages, and outside catering. For large corporate mixers, film shoots, or weekend events, our community managers can also recommend trusted local caterers and vendor partners.
