**UPDATED 4/27/2020** Please note that although we are doing our best to reply to all emails and billing requests as quickly as possible, our response time may be delayed due to reduced staffing and the high volume of requests. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. 


**UPDATED 4/13/2020** All persons entering our space must wear a mask or face covering at all times. The only exception is when working inside your own private office with the door closed. In person-mail pickup is available Tuesdays from 1 PM – 4PM, and Fridays from 10AM – 4PM ONLY. Office tours are also available by appointment only during these same time periods.


Dear BLANKSPACES Community,


In accordance with the latest announcement from the County of Los Angeles we are further reducing our on-site staffing and putting our office into “Essential Work Only Mode.” BLANKSPACES Operations will continue off-site with occasional on-site mail service.


All 24/7 members continue to have access–with all other members having access from 9AM – 5PM using the Proximity app. During this time we cannot accept guests, walk-ins, referral services, events, and meeting room reservations. If you do access the office, please help us by not letting anyone else in, closing and locking doors behind you, cleaning up after yourself, turning off lights when not in use, and conserving resources.


Virtual mail and phone memberships will continue as usual. BLANKSPACES staff will come in two times per week to sort the mail and send out email notifications. If you would like the mail opened, scanned, forwarded, or placed in your office/on your desk, please reply with your request and we will take care of it as soon as we can. We will be waiving our usual $5 mail handling fee and will charge only for postage.


Certified or Signature Required USPS Mail, FedEx, UPS, and other couriers: We highly suggest that you re-direct these deliveries to your home address. We will be creating signage for the delivery persons to call us and gain remote access to the front door, but we cannot guarantee there will be a staff member present to sign. If we receive an attempted delivery notice we will notify you and can scan the notice for you, but we cannot pick up the package for you.


If you wish to suspend your membership, please read the suspension policy and submit your request at Membership monthly meeting room hours may be rolled over into a future month by request. Please email the front desk with any questions or concerns and call the front desk for immediate assistance. Your call will be routed to a staff member working remotely.
