Recruiters and employers can learn so much more from your online profiles than a bunch of text on an overly formatted sheet of chronology. They can purvey photos, vids, comments – you name it. The down side? Well, keep your profile clean and legit because even if you don’t want strangers to scout you out, they will anyway.
