			Jerome Chang, founder
			Jerome is a licensed architect and business owner. Jerome honed his design skills at Clive Wilkinson Architects (CWA), known worldwide for the office headquarters of Google, Chiat/Day and Mother Advertising. Prior to CWA, Jerome was a designer at SFJones Architect, which has designed renowned restaurants such as Spago Beverly Hills, Nobu Malibu, Hamasaku, and Lucky Strike Bowl. Jerome holds a Master of Architecture degree from Harvard University; Master of Engineering and Bachelors of Science degrees from Cornell University. He has synthesized his career of creating award-winning architecture, engineering, and construction to establish BLANKSPACES, a progressive workspace environment for creative professionals. jerome@blankspaces.com

			Tina Barr, property manager
			Tina Barr is a photographer with additional office administrative experience in "the industry." She has served as executive assistant to producer Zak Kadison (Slither, Because I Said So) of Gold Circle Films and director Nelson McCormick (ER, West Wing, Nip/Tuck) of John Wells Productions. 			Robert Richman is at BLANKSPACES developing our online community, social media marketing and sponsorships. Rob comes to us from Washington, D.C. where he co-founded the Affinity Lab, a coworking space for entrepreneurs. The mayor recently proclaimed "Affinity Lab Day" for all the help they've given Washington'sl community. A web worker since the days of Prodigy and Compuserv, Rob has since started two web companies and developed social media and online community strategies for PeopleJam, Tony Robbins, The Hollywood Reporter and Billboard magazine. rob@blankspaces.com

			William has been spending the past 16 years involved in the creation of destinations. From coffeehouses to $50M lifestyle town centers. The common thread in all of his projects has always been his desire to create community and places for people to interact. William and Jerome were perusing a common goal to develop the gold standard of “co-working” environments. Fortunately, William was in Chicago and Jerome was in LA so they could work to spread the word quickly across the country that BLANKSPACES is open for business. William’s background in retail and office design was a natural fit to Jerome’s architectural expertise. With nearly 24 years of Hospitality background he also has the unique skill necessary to understand how to make people feel comfortable and escape harsh traditional office environments.
